Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew. After that your account moves to the Free plan.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a paid plan and we will refund that payment in full. Later monthly renewals are generally not refunded, but we will refund charges caused by our error, such as duplicate charges or charges after a confirmed cancellation. Any tax charged is refunded in proportion to the approved refund.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback may lead to suspension of your account while it is resolved.

Service problems

If an extended outage on our side keeps you from using the Service, contact us and we will consider a prorated credit or refund.

How to request

Email hello@talbotglobalindustries.com with your account email and the charge date. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
